Tune is an aggregator. It does not host, rebroadcast or modify radio streams. It simply provides an organized list of publicly available URLs.

1. Nature of the service

Tune by RadioKit is an app and website that aggregates public radio stream URLs obtained from open databases (Radio Browser) or submitted by broadcasters via the "Add radio" form. Playback comes directly from the radio servers, with no intermediation, caching, recording or stream modification by Tune.

2. Content responsibility

Transmitted audio content (music, talk, jingles, ads) is the exclusive responsibility of the broadcaster. Tune does not control, approve or select played content.

Every broadcaster must hold its own music licenses and authorizations in the country of transmission (SIAE/SCF Italy, SACEM France, GEMA Germany, ASCAP/BMI/SESAC USA, PRS/PPL UK, etc.). Tune is not liable for copyright violations committed by broadcasters.

3. Data accuracy

Radio metadata (name, country, genres, website, logo) come from public sources or broadcaster declarations. Tune does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or freshness.

"Now playing" info is read from ICY metadata stream provided by the radio itself; Tune does not verify or alter it.

4. Service availability

Tune is offered "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability, error-free operation or fitness for specific purposes. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

5. Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by law, IDROMOLARE SRL shall not be liable for:

Direct or indirect damages from use or inability to use the service
Loss of data, favorites or settings
Offensive, illegal or inappropriate content broadcast by radios
Stream unavailability caused by the broadcaster or its provider
Illicit user behaviors in Tune Party chats (messages are moderated but no preventive control)

6. Trademarks and third-party rights

Radio names, logos and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners. Used for identification purposes only. Tune is not affiliated with listed radios, except where explicitly indicated as "RadioKit Partner".

7. Removal request

If you are the owner of a listed radio and want to remove your broadcast from Tune, write to info@radiokit.io. We will act within 7 working days.

8. Tune Party and chat

Tune Party chat rooms are public spaces. Users must respect netiquette and law. Tune reserves the right to remove messages, ban users or close rooms violating these principles. Messages are kept 24 hours then auto-deleted.

9. Applicable law

This policy is governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: court of consumer's residence or, alternatively, Brescia (registered office).
